Currently, there is such an attack from the realms of darkness upon the Body of Christ as never before. However, in the midst of this attack there is a harvest, a wave of abundance that the enemy wants us as children of God to take our focus off of.

He has released every imaginable scheme upon our families, our churches, and our ministries to try and disillusion, discourage, and depress. I know that many of you now reading this whether you are a pastor, evangelist, or a member of your local church, you are feeling the intense heat of this battle that is raging. The enemy knows that God has sent an increase to the Body of Christ, but knowing this, he has sent an increase of plots, plans, and schemes against those who have a destiny in Christ.

As I was praying and interceding recently against this attack the Lord began to speak very powerfully into my spirit.

Jesus said to me, "Where do you think that I am right now, according to my Word?" - I thought for a moment and remembered that His Word says in Hebrews 12:2, "Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God."

Jesus right now is seated at the "right hand" of God. Being seated at the right hand of God represents "authority" and "power". Jesus, said in Matthew 12:18, "All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth." Jesus is seated at the "right hand" of God in "power and authority".

What God speaks… happens… He said, "Let there be light" and what happened? There was light. Remember what Jesus spoke in Matthew 28:18? "All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth." What Jesus speaks also… happens!

Now I want to look at something here concerning us as the Body of Christ. The reason that the enemy seems to be doing so well against us at this point is that I don't believe that we realize the position that we as believers have been given in the Kingdom of God.

God's Word says in Romans 8:1, "There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus". As a born-again child of God - you are "in" Christ Jesus. His Word further states, that "you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus".

This is a truth that the enemy does not want you to get a hold of… so he is trying to distract you with this onslaught of his schemes and devices. He has pulled out all stops and is throwing crisis after crisis against you to discourage you… to keep you from speaking the word against him.

We are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus… where is Jesus right now? Seated in a position of authority and power. Now watch this… Ephesians 2:6, "And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus".

Jesus is seated at the right hand of the Father in a position of power and authority. You are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus… guess where your position is? Guess where the position of Body of Christ is? You as a part of the Body of Christ are also in a position of power & authority!! We can also speak and what we speak must happen!

Look at what John 15:7 says, "If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you."

If you are in Christ, and we have already established that… you abide in him. And His "Words" abide in you. See, here is part of the problem… you need a Word for the problem that you face.

Well, the Bible is full of His Word concerning the problems that you are now facing, even concerning the battle that is now raging against you. The problem is that we will not pick His Word up and read it… so that it will abide within us. We need to be so full of God's Word and the Spirit that whenever we are touched by a problem the only thing that comes out of us is the Word of God concerning that situation saturated by the Holy Ghost and power!!

And as you speak God's Word with power and authority - the situation that you are now confronted with doesn't have a choice… it must line up with God's Word!

You have been seated with Christ in a position of power and authority over the enemy. You need to take your position and exercise your authority over the enemy!
